Beginning in 2012 we began the journey of making our signature jalapeño based jams. Sourcing locally as much as possible, with jalapeño’s from Gresczyk’s farm in New Hartford, CT and peaches from Salinger’s orchard in North Salem., NY , all of our jams contain NO artificial PRESERVATIVES, all natural ingredients and are Non-GMO. With jalapeños being the softest of the hot peppers, we have found the ideal blend of ‘sweet and heat’. Whether its party appetisers with cream cheese or brie on crackers or used in recipes from salmon, to chicken, from entree to charcuterie, you will find an ideal combination for all palate’s.
